Cats show their butt as a greeting and a sign of trust and friendship. They like you!

Agreed. If I'm going on vacation I avoid cities as much as possible and want to be in the middle of nowhere in nature. That means no hotels for 10s of kilometers, but there's usually at least one person renting out a room or something similar. I've also never experienced any of the things in this meme in places like that, but that could also be because it's an American thing, which wouldn't surprise me.
I'm using liftoff which is very nice. I tried out pretty much all the apps and I like this one the most. The interface is the nicest and it has gestures like Infinity where I came from.
Beautiful. When one of my cats died 1.5 years ago, I buried her in my dads garden as I live in an apartment. When I visited 3 weeks later the whole garden was covered in forget-me-nots. Felt fitting and poetic. I now have a tattoo of the flowers as a reminder.
I don't get how they would snag more seats in an election right after the ridiculous domination of BBB though? Those people are still high on that win and see a giant chance to take way more political power. If that was the intention they should've waited at least a few more months or a year for that to die down a little or maybe even see some failures in the provinces here and there for BBB coalitions. I'm honestly scared as shit that BBB is now gonna be huge in the Tweede Kamer as well and we'll have a coalition of BBB, PVV and CDA or some other nightmare shit.
I only do it immediately when I have very few dishes. Like for breakfast I only use a knife, a spoon and a bowl, that gets washed immediately, or a plate and a knife for lunch. When I've cooked with multiple pans for dinner, I'll do it the next day. But it's still nice that there's no pile-up of dishes for those little things, and it takes 30 seconds, so why not.
I don't dislike music, but I do view it as something very situational. I only listen to music when I'm going somewhere by bike or foot or when I'm working out. I blame my 4 years of being a mail carrier for creating this 1 to 1 connection between moving and listening to music. I never put on music when I'm home. But I dislike 'background' anything in general. I've never in my life put on a movie, TV show or podcast as 'something to listen to in the background'. That's baffling to me. Music is the same I guess. If I'm home it's automatically background because I'm not gonna sit om my couch and stare at a wall while I listen to music. While if I'm working out or going somewhere I can intentionally listen.
I'm a historian and I would gladly talk at length to anyone about my particular fascination of the moment, no matter what they took or how high they are. I think I would even enjoy it more if a person was on psychedelics because they are way more open-minded and curious than sober people.
Same. Years ago when I first got on Reddit I was very politically active and my subs were a ton of political, economic, societal etc subs. But I just got sick of opening up Infinity and seeing nothing but doom and gloom as far as I could scroll. I transitioned away from that over time and at the end my subs were mostly cats, some specific TV show and game (meme) subs, and some niche hobby subs.
Holy shit lmao. I'm literally autistic and even I can't believe anyone would be naive and gullible enough to believe the first part, let alone the second part. Thank God everyone got it was fake at part 3 but come one.
Are you gonna hurt these workers?
I have a friend who watches entire movies on his phone. It appalls me, but a lot of people do it.
