I feel the same but in different words. I feel like design of the web and apps like Spotify or Netflix further strays from what's good for the user to what's good for their own plans.
It's sounds funny if you say it, but if you scroll through all, reddit is simply much more diverse than lemmy right now
At this point I can't even be arsed to learn all the new words people come up with.
Somehow, I am not surprised. Both, that Apple already did it and that there was no public outcry about it.
