I said theoretically because I recall it not being proven, and it’s been a while since I read anything on the topic.

It’s mildly amusing that my statement suggested to you anything remotely close to “studied fact”. Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? Enough water? There’s empirical evidence out there that those can help with constipation. Now that’s a studied fact! Be well! 😇

Aluminum sulfate has also been theoretically linked to Alzheimer’s.

Not very interesting story - in college, I was on the special events committee that brought talent to the campus for entertainment. Sometimes, I was able to meet the talent. We had the pop up video guys come do a talk, afterward they had dinner with the committee members. I ended up getting an invite to intern on the show… but totally blew it. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a total idiot, or just didn’t know how to interview yet. Probably a little of both!

Did op edit the post? He didn’t mention specific language at all from what I can see now. Or maybe he said so in a comment elsewhere?

Cold brew is less bitter in my experience. I’ve read that the compounds responsible for the bitter taste are less soluble at lower temperatures. Regardless of whether that’s true, cold brew is definitely less bitter, more sweet. It’s how I got out of the habit of adding sweetener.
