Best battle system in the series. Biggest complaint for most people is how slow it starts. For me it’s how long it takes to get my favorite characters.

Nothing. Very young pickled ginger will have the pink coloring naturally, mostly beet is used to dye it to give it the color when not so young ginger is used

I hope this comes off the way I want it to: remember this is about you. You sound like the sort of person who is always putting others first, which is an admirable quality, but this is all about you—everyone who cares about you will immediately recognize that.
Don’t waste your energy trying to protect anyone else’s feelings. Maybe I’m an optimist, but I think it’s still too early for anyone else (especially Vance, who is not nearly charismatic enough) to hold onto power as a successor in a non democratic way. Could definitely see the story being different after 4 years, though.
If you’re ever here and want to see pueo, go to Waimea towards Mauna Kea in the late afternoon/early evening. They are usually very active in the fields then. That is not a touristy area, so be sure to pull off the road (sticking to paved roads in your rental car) and not inconvenience locals
I adore pueo. I have spent hours in Waimea (the one on the big island) watching them hunt. Truly superb owls

I would. Vance is awful, but I have zero faith in his ability to hold onto trump’s cult. Things get much scarier once trump has had time to establish himself more.
