That's true if you were just keeping savings in a non-interest bearing account. Stock market returns, however, have outpaced house prices.

Maybe you just need to come to terms with this is what the electorate wanted. I'm sure you can find something wrong with any candidate the Dems put on the ticket but the choices this last election were clear on differences and we saw how that turned out.

The IT is vague and open-ended, not inherently sexual. Its inherently ambiguous and people fill in the blank with whatever is being referenced. We really don't know what IT means to the person wearing it, but you chose to make it sexual.
