Same with a burger. Your lettuce should be dry (pat it with a paper towel if you must) and put it as the bottom layer. This creates a moisture barrier that stops your bread/bun from turning into a soggy mess.
On a sandwich, the cheese should be on the other side for the same reason. Keep all the wet stuff from turning your bread into slop.

The EPA and other regulators could control them better, but whatever ventures they choose to make are their own dumb choices. The only ways their dumb PR project intersects with anything NASA related is theyre both doing space things and NASA happens to give them contracts (which is how they're able to afford to launch a car into space as a PR stunt).

One of the things I liked in the recent season of Mushoku Tensei. They're casting fire spells in a labyrinth and they warn the MC that they'll suffocate if they use too many.
Neckbeards: having "facial" hair that basically only covers the neck. It's the idea that these guys who don't have the facial hair to grow a full beard have poor hygiene.
Incel: Involuntary Celibate, shortened to incel. Someone who can't get laid for one reason or another. The propblem being the people who generally self-identity as incel, who are usually toxic and sexist.
These aren't necessarily linked, but incels are usually the type to have such poor hygiene as to have a neckbeard.
Or maybe they're trying to describe the feeling it evokes and aren't being that literal.
