In my military experience, some people just understand the job. Same with manufacturing. You can be as smart as Einstein, and not understand the job. But some people just get the ins and outs on a different level. This guy is close to that level, but not on that level. He should never have been to that coffeeshop unmasked. Or at least changed clothes in an alley. It clearly took planning, and some experience with a gun but assuming military training is a bit far. To me it looks like he understood the job, with no training. If he had training, he wouldn't have gone to Starbucks and wouldn't have used a rented e-bike (unless he used a prepaid card to rent it).

That's honestly a great superhero name for him. Like "the punisher" or "the equalizer". I hope dude gets caught, and then acquitted, then gets to star in "the adjuster" series.

I've never had that sort of thing while personally interacting with people who speak other languages. However, when deployed I used to hear people speaking other languages regularly. So it wasn't that they were communicating directly with me, but I used to love overhearing what they were saying and "bad translating" it to english. And that was hilarious.

That's the difference between sociopath and psychopath. Not understanding that something is wrong, and knowing something is wrong and not caring.

The adjuster is a great name for the hero of this story.

The law has been putting the screws down on regular people for generations and allowing the wealthy to get away with anything for generations. The law is fucked.
