I feel like this ignores the point many are making here.

The statement that we are animals is true. But as many have pointed out, we have the extra layer of reasoning, introspection, and empathy.

We can see the pain and torture subjected on other animals and reson that it is unjustified and empathise with the pain by thinking about how we would feel if in the shoes of the animals being slaughtered. We can look at outlr actions and decide to make a change.

None of this, as far as we know, is possible for any other animal.

This is a huge distinction and one that, as i said, you have either missed or ignored whilst reading these comments.

This will be a blanket filter on his name, not his age. And if anything they are trying to de-politicise gemini.

Not that i agree with that practice, personally.

But its not fair to say they are politicising age by omitting any responses related to a political figure.

"The Chinese came, and they stole all our gubbins!"

"We must tell the media! they will help us!"

OpenAI.... probably.

I know that the industry is horrific. I have battled internally with becoming a vegan. And this isn't a but, it's just something i thought about once when thinking about the argument that whilst in nature, animals eat other animals, its not the same as what we do as we farma dn torture animals to get the meat....

Its cats....

Cats torture their prey....

They play with it, and maim it and keep it alive for as long as possible so they can chase it, for fun...

And sometimes they just fucking leave it there when it dies.

And we love cats. Even vegans love cats.

And that sort of makes me laugh a bit.

It's called "hakuna matata," and it needs to hurry up and take its rightful place as king.

Seriously, it's fine. I've accepted it. You should, too.

You made a mistake, and it's fine.

Walk away, my dude...

It's ok, mate. Take the L. It's ok. We all make mistakes. I made one by engaging with you after assuring you i would not.

You can just accept when you fuck up. It's more embarrassing for you to think this is still a real conversation, and I'm not just moking you now.

Better luck next time. Jabroni

Hey mate, its fine that you made a mistake. Dont worry. You dont need to admit it. I see you trying to brush past it by saying im too serious. You made an argument that missed the point of my comment. I know it embarrassing. And now you are trying to make out like im taking things too seriously to distract from your own failure.

Dont worry about it. Everyone sees you being a moron.

Yeah, i normally get that response when people realise they were mistaken and dont want to admit it.

I told you that it was identified as a troll. You were just as invested as me. You were trying to be condescending. You were ignorant and talking shit about a group of people that it's easy to shit on.

All i did was point out that shiting on minorities is bad, and you started shitting on furries.

Honestly, you can try as much as you like to tell me I'm being too serious, but you were an asshole and you know it.

Woof!

Please understandnim asking this question from a genuine place. I dont want the quora answer, i want the tech savvy, security expert minds of my fellow lemmings. If thats ok?

What happens to this data? What can/do they do with it? and why are so many people concerned about google tracking them?

Do i as an average user need to be concerned?

If so, What sorts of things can i do to avoid being tracked? Preferably without too much comprimise.

u/spez says that 90% of 3rd party apps will fall under the free model because they wont make enough API calls to come under the paid model. So how many times would we need to clone, and rename, the good 3rd party apps and split the users up between them to make reddit free again?

I think its still free if your app is making less than 100 queries per minute.

u/spez says that 90% of 3rd party app will be unaffected by the change... i thought... yeah... if there are like 5 3rd party apps that 99% or users use then the other 45 apps out there will have like 10 downloads each.. so what a misleading and dumb thing to say.

I guess you would need to limit how many people can be using each clone of the app but as elaborate as this is it would be funny to see that knobhead react to it if we did it.
