To me, a 1 in 44 chance of hitting the Earth is not that unlikely.

I wouldn't board an aircraft if it had a 1 in 44 chance of crashing. (and with this administration, it's getting closer to those odds.)

But yeah, they'll get more data on the asteroid as time goes on and the risk will likely get lowered.

Yeah, but like it's at the end of 2032... so almost 8 years.

I wonder if we'll get Red Dead Redemption 3 by then.

Just need to keep repeating, "Trump looks weak next to President Musk." over and over, and everywhere. That could get under his craw.

We could be living in a complete A.I. existence right now.

And also... prompt engineers will never be as good as someone with artistic background who have the same tools. The limits of good film stories and characters are often blocked by the "money people" who don't have the same vision, who often choose projects that make them the most money. They often don't take risks.

I feel like A.I. will allow people with little access to Hollywood the ability to create original stories. The problem would be weeding out the onslaught of junk that's coming to get to that good stuff.

It's far better than the one where Shia swung on vines with the monkeys... though not as good as the original trilogy.

It may not seem like much, but news does travel the world. They have to realize we're not all idiots over here.

Don't they have archives backed up onto tape somewhere stored in a salt mine?

Are they destroying those too?

Not sure why, they get decidedly worse each time. I couldn't even finish the last one.

I do have a little bit of hope on this next one due to Gareth Edwards directing and David Koepp writing... though I'm not holding my breath.

Yes, it's insulting. It's insulting to us.

They wanted Taylor at the game to get millions of more viewers, plain and simple. That means having the Chiefs in there... again.

This is the first Super Bowl in decades that I won't watch.

Doesn't matter. He'll say that it worked.
