I use to be part of an agency that protected certain rights of workers. This would be called a constructive dismissal and is still cause for a wrongful termination. The largest issue is documentation that is hit or miss. Unfortunately, funding issues mean the agencies have to pick and choose what to pursue legally and so they will often choose instead to pursue monetarily larger cases even if the smaller ones are ironclad. Though sometimes they will train newer legal team members on those smaller ones.

But I've also dealt with specific instances of a supervisor calling a person with a lisp a slur starting with F and threatening to fire them if they spoke with us.

For example, what he wants to say "I went against the conclave to figure out things"

What he says, " DOES THE BUTTERFLY YEARN TO FLY KNOWING ITS LIFE IS SHORT. WILL THERE BE A COMING DAY, WHERE THOUST DREAM WITH ME. WHO CAN WALK WHO HATH NOT CRAWLED THROUGH THE DARKEST NIGHTS. WHEN A CREATION DREAMS OF AETHYRIC SHEEP ARE THEY NOT REAL"

Not literally what he said but.. it felt like long sentences of hyperphilosophic filler. I could be wrong, but it's what I remember.

Ultimately, I wish they spent longer building up Meteion. Also, I really didn't care for or enjoy the old final fantasy story rehash. Though I do get its important.

When you call someone an NPC, my initial reaction is to respect you less and be more onguard to what other silly things you're going to say.

You were doing great in the first paragraph, then shot yourself in the foot in the second.

You know that some of those people are still living paycheck to paycheck and are going to be in some hardships?

Sure. They can file for relief from the state and then pay it back later, but uncertainty like that is still horrible. And the time it takes to receive those loans can also cause issues like being late on mortgages.

I hate the "watch twitch for rewards!" ones. Because your twitch streamers may be playing content you haven't gotten to yet. So you take the risk of putting it on in the background and hoping it still counts and the page hasn't for some reason stopped counting your progress or risk checking it and maybe getting spoiled on something.

Having a forum and having an active forum that people engage in are very different things and require a very different level of resources, connection, etc.
