So I teach elementary school ESL in Korea, and I have gotten that quite a few times. We always have a nice laugh about it in the office.

Dead Ringers, anyone?

I just camed and shidded and farded a little.

Lieflik; baie dankie.

Ek sal enige boek deur Uys Krige aanvaar, in harde kopie of digitaal.

Holy shit. I think that's my hometown. I'm not even kidding.

Nice. I'm happy for you if you like it. I haven't used that specific model of theirs, but I'm sure it's fun.

I am currently in the process of learning to love my FPR Himalaya V2. I was disappointed in it when I first got it, but I recently pulled it back out, and it is winning me over slowly but surely. I have been researching a bit about ebonite and how it is made, and it has given me a new appreciation for this pen. It is completely unique, and I absolutely love that. I have always preferred loving craftsmanship over clever engineering, so a pen like this would make sense for me. What do you guys think?

So I just got this new pen today. The ordering and shipping process was highly unpleasant, but the product itself is pretty damn good. If you can't tell, this pen is made of denim, which I think is pretty cool. It writes smoothly, and it's big and hefty. If you can get one from a reseller, rather than the official website, I can recommend it.

Hi. I'm probably a bad candidate for this, but I would love to be involved in some way. I'm in Korea, so it's a completely different timezone. But still. Hit me up. Let me disappoint you.

And here I am, just about ready to publish my new EP. Any alternatives to Bandcamp out there?

I worked at an ice cream parlour in my hometown for a summer job. After three shifts I knew it was horrible and it wouldn't get any better. Two hours before the start of my fourth shift, I walked up to the boss and said, "I don't work here anymore. You're a cunt."

Yeah, I read about that on the internet. Honestly, it doesn't bother me. If the book is not about people I know about, my brain doesn't care how factual it is.

Just started Papillon by Henri Charrière, the 1973 translation. It's great so far, although I'm only about 50 pages in.
