You're just drawing lines between social murder and murder, but I disagree that they're meaningfully different except of course that one is legal and one isn't. I don't promote murder, but I do find that if you are consistent that all forms of murder are wrong then this is no different than a sniper on the roof of a stadium taking shots all day long with a pile of ammo behind him getting counter-sniped.
