I have been using Linux Mint and it has been an incredible experience. No crashes, everything works out of the box, gaming has been a breeze, and the desktop looks and functions exactly the way I want. Really excited for everyone switching over!
(I know mileage will vary per user.)
I would just worry about GPU drivers honestly, Intel seems to be doing fine on Linux for the most part.
Long term support will keep going and going and going...
