For one thing, the paper method only gets you so close. I find you actually have to watch your first layer go down and adjust that way. If you have a Prusa, there is a menu where you can make adjustments as it's printing and it has a first layer calibration tool built in.

Second, check the slicer and see what it's calling the very top layer vs what it's calling the part that looks messed up. I'm willing to bet that the clean looking part is called top layer, whereas the messed up part isn't. Prusa slicer ads additional material when it knows that it's the very top of a print so that it looks better.

Either that, or is say you had a clog which caused under extension, but that may have worked out by the end of your print.

It's been said multiple times already, but if you go ultra wide, be sure to download Microsoft's power toys, which comes with fancy zones. It lets you resize areas of your desktop to make it most useful to you

Mines not so interesting, but I do have an original N64 from launch. I wish I had picked up the gold plated Zelda console, but I instead grabbed the regular grey one that came with Mario...I had never played a Zelda game before and regret the decision today.

If I'm going even older, it would probably be the planer that my father made about 50 years ago. Still works amazingly for being all cherry.

I've been with them for something like 7 years now. Started with 1gb of data, and now I get 4gb. I've never changed price tier as well. Over all really great service, bummer about the breach though.

My personal PC and work PC are windows. I also just accidently removed a lot of my game files, so I figure it's about time to start over. I'm going for kubuntu this time. I figure it's going to be easier to get set up and running quickly without much fuss.

That said, I also run endeavor os on a little netbook tablet I have, so I'm dipping a toe there as well.

That's not true at all. It's more ...

If you have to poop more often or less often than you normally do, please see a doctor.

Oh shit, I've been installing win 11 on a bunch of old hardware, didn't realize what the big fuss was about it. I also use Rufus exclusively. Didn't realize it was working so smoothly because I used Rufus haha

In all honesty, I much prefer the original film with Sting. This looks fucking awesome though.

If I were to guess, most likely Japanese cakes or Korean cakes. The Korean market near me has what they call a French bistro inside the food court. It's got amazingly fluffy, spongey cakes that are just lightly sweet. Most of the actually sweetness seems to come from the fruit on top. And actual whipped cream instead of our Western sugar paste cream, ew.

What software do you use for monitoring this?
