They need to be colored in order to block out the harmful parts of the light spectrum. Like the ones sold by RA OPTICS.
The phone app is basically perfect. Not sure how I feel about how the iPad version looks in landscape mode. Maybe if the gray area to the left & right was BLACK, it would work?
Plans for alternate / custom app icons?
Went in knowing very little about it.
Thoroughly enjoyed it. A wonderfully cast family-centered origin story with the right amount of humor and action. George Lopes stole every scene he was in.
As a Latino, you can feel the influence of having a director and key cast members being Hispanic throughout. I don't know that it's ever been done as well or genuinely, for a film in this genre.
