This is a good one.

Visiting my family members that are conservative and their friends tell me their head is in the sand. After so long under, any dose of reality is too high for them.
Im bombed by leftist propaganda
They are correct, but not how they think. A big part of conservatism, even among the less fanatical, is to bury your head in the sand. I can see how peeking out for some air will seem like a flood of propaganda. Like that "final experiment" that just went down to dunk on flat earth, but for even the most mundane thing about how society works.
Don't worry guys. This signals our most handsome entrepreneurs that the water market is ripe! Soon we will be flooded by so much supply competing for our money that water will be cheaper and of the highest quality ever!

That's what I was thinking. Have them chase each other or some ghost.
Best fiber on the market.
Booooom
I am aware of the band, but had never seen the album art, so yeah this makes sense. I was thinking along the lines of "why is this suddenly woke" types seeing this as art to endorse them and feeling bold off of it.
Thank you and u/[email protected] for context :)
The only thing I don't like about this is the ambiguity. It is not perfectly clear (to me at least) that this isn't a nazi saying I will do what I want vs the protest art I think (and the rest of the comment section) it is. Like it needs just an extra touch to be explicitly anti fascist and not get co-opted.
In many ways I agree, but it also always depends on where they are in their journey and how much curiosity they have left. At a minimum their communities serve as a communication test bed. For example, I like to watch some flat earth de-bunkers on YouTube. Nothing they say is new to me, but its good to see how a better worded person breaks the idea down. Its like the Ben Shapiro "sell your house" meme; it sounds right for the first 10s. Sure I would sell my house and leave. Even when you know that is wrong it might not be clear how to break down the idea or what the fallacy being used is. You are right that the argumentative bad faith takers are not going to change their mind, but they are irrelevant. There will be lurkers who are curious about truth who may be deconstructing; that is who I believe the audience is around this.
