100.4 F is 38 C which is the actual measurement.

A board game play-tracking database like bgstats, but which includes interconnected records (so it’s not just everyone keeping their own database independently) and skill calculations using Trueskill or a similar high-quality system that handles teams and multiplayer better than Elo does.

A document-control system based on something other than Word. Probably latex, markdown, and git.

I have. It’s good. I hadn’t played since EA in 2022 (hence my comment).

Lots more polish and finishing touches. I’m quite impressed especially because it felt pretty complete back then.

The 1.0 release is much different and much improved compared to how it was in 2022 though. I’d say it counts anyway!
