Enjoy haha, and thank you, figured it wouldn't be taken yet since these federated sites are pretty new. But I do agree regarding Gintama, it's a wonderful series that's pretty much one of a kind. I've been very slowly watching through Saiki K for the past year and change because it's a distant second to Gintama (as close as another show can get to the same vibe imo) and I just don't want it to end lmfao. That being said, I'm excited about the new series they announced recently which fulfills a thought I always had regarding the school setting Ginpachi Sensei gags they did after episode ending credits.
Gintoki
Askeladd really steals the show in the later third of the first season. I've never personally watched the dub but his performance is wonderful in the sub (he's voiced by the VA for Uchiha Madara, who plays his role perfectly imo)
I need to go back and check the earlier episode where they mention and show Marus caretaker, but for some reason my mind was associating her with the girl (black hair) at the end saying that she was worried about the implications of the test and something felt off to her about it.
Interesting indeed lol, but he is implying at the end there that it does actually have something to say. I guess we'll see very soon considering there aren't that many episodes left
Yeah I'm a new fan tbh, youtube music randomly recommended her cover of this song. I liked it so I checked out a couple others. Really enjoyed her covers of Hollow Hunger and Kick Back!
I've yet to listen to any of her originals, but I'll definitely check out the song you linked. She's quite impressive with her Japanese as it appears she's from Korea
This is probably a big ask from users but I wonder if something can be implemented into the protocol to create a bandwidth pool of sorts to host the various instances. Something similar to how Siacoin operated. If I recall correctly, users could install software on their computers that encrypted a chosen percentage of their drive, then used their internet connection to tie it into a decentralized file hosting network. (and rewarding the user with their currency - though that's not my focus here)
Files uploaded to the hosting platform would have redundancies created and uploaded to multiple of these hosting nodes to ensure reliable availability.
It'd be interesting to have a similar concept for the fediverse so we don't have issues like a loss of users and content if an instance goes down.
Yeah I've definitely had the same question since pretty early on. Tbh while what you're saying is plausible, I also feel like it's possible that the team working on it bit off more than they can chew.
It comes off as a show that just wants to harness that Trigger and Gainax energy in both writing and animation/art style but fails at both.
It definitely could have been great but fell short in my opinion. They'll likely have a massive twist at the end, leaving us mildly satisfied but nothing more. The "twist" from this episode was quite underwhelming.
It's definitely getting more interesting than the earlier parts, but I found myself kind of annoyed when Otaku Hero was having his freak out rather than getting on the radio and warning them not to take the drug.
I don't recall if he had direct communication with the girls but I believe the tech dude at least had the ability to communicate with both Otaku Hero and them, so they could have been warned.
Lol reminds me of Shiro from fate. "People die if they are killed" 😂
I wasn't finding the option to save within Mlem lol. Regardless, I'm back on the Android device and updated to the github release
Oh yeah I have been following it weekly since day one, S2 is great and I prefer it slightly more than S1 for sure. It's a more emotionally resonant story throughout its entire runtime
