Reddit has r/technope, which is made for these types of small stuff in software and programs that don't necessarily qualify as software gore. I think it'll not have very much recognition here though (it's already small in Reddit). I don't remove most posts like these even though they aren't necessarily software gore.

I'm on realme UI, which is very similaer to Oxygen OS (both are based on ColorOS). I can turn off "Visible to other devices" by going to Settings > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth > Three dot menu in top right > More Settings.
You can turn off Device visibility in Bluetooth settings and only turn it on when required
