Always make sure to heat your nozzle to 240° when changing it, or else it may cause issues like stringing. in c/3dprinting

Unscrewing the nozzle cold can also strip the threads in the heat block.

You'll have to reflash back to the original firmware. Download from https://www.creality.com/pages/download-ender-3-pro, I'm guessing "Ender-3 pro 4.2.7 mainboard firmware (32 bit)".

It's funny, I started using the beta for the organic supports and just thought all these other features were always there and I just never noticed them.
