I mean replies usually work too, but if I see your comment in like 5 days later isn't safe.

Like I saw a few comments and I checked today and they are gone except when I go to dbzero direct.

So i asked already if they have a slow instance atm or overloading but they say its fine.

but all i get mostly from them are empty posts , or vanishing comments. like i get notified that they are there , i see them in the message but none are there.

already removed the cache from lemmy.world.

Many federation things are broken atm. i know of Multiple communitys that are behind hours or Multiple days both on lemmy.world and Kbin the instance owner says their server got tons of recources free so its federation related bugs i guess.

You should be able to see all via this https://lemmy.world/communities/listing_type/All/page/1

Shit just works should have also a "communities" button at the top with a all button.

i mean no other social media allows you to mass edit comments , and deleting your accounts doesnt delete these either usually. like on reddit the user [deleted] will still have comments then. twitter and so on handle it similiar rarely.

If you want delete comments with all federated instances just edit them to something like "deleted" or whatever, the edit will spread and makes your comment literarily empty / useless / deleted.

Honestly hard to find a instance for it that isnt just some random school or something.

Archive link for the case of comment deletions obviously https://ghostarchive.org/archive/yfrNV

So yeah... maybe the turtle slowly waking up that he was just a Laptog for reddit and thrown away as soon as they didnt need him anymore ( moderation is allways a volunteer thing and shouldnt be like a 2nd job ).
