I can confirm this. I worked in England, Italy, Switzerland and Germany (Operations/Logistics) and I refuse to believe that England/UK is that high up. Italys placement I do believe however.

Kenne es nur als Käufer. Funktioniert super, bislang keine Probleme. Ich habe kein PayPal und daher ist es eine gute Möglichkeit zu zahlen. Wenn Verkäufer gleich unfreundlich auf Überweisung oder Paypal Friends hinweisen, dann kaufe ich bei denen nicht und fertig.

... and once every three years or so it turns into a solarium or something for a couple of months and then reverts back to a boutique. At least that's how it works here.
