I don't care if you don't believe me. You're drawing the wrong conclusions because you're expecting me to be against hormones and blockers. You're almost using that argument as a strawman.

You are wrong. All I said was children should wait until they're an adult before undergoing life altering irreversible surgery. Full stop.

But you can find a boyfriend and get him into blacksmithing so he can make you one. I feel like a ton of men won't need their arms twisted much to do it (myself included).

disclaimer: do not attempt if you have any sort of blood pressure or cardiac issues or anything that might be aggrivated by a bit of orothostatic hypotension.

First, inhale for 4 seconds, completely filling your lungs, then exhale, completely emptying your lungs. Repeat, taking one second off the inhale each time, but keeping the exhale at 4 seconds.

The effect is amplified if you bend over while doing it and stand up quickly after.

The context was the comment chain that at no point mentioned anything but surgery.

If anyone took that to mean I was against all gender affirming care, they made a baseless assumption.

Fair enough. I wasn't sure since people had the mindset that the number of users moving to Lemmy were enough to take down reddit.

With the editing tools we have today, I feel like it would be simple to edit that out, but I guess it's not worth the cost.

I mean, I did just buy a jaw trainer that's basically a chew toy, so I'd be all over this if there were different strengths.

This happened to an ex of mine, as well as my wife (funny enough they have the same first name). Got a bunch of fillings that were "necessary" only to have a non-predatory dentist look at the xrays and be confused about why the first dentist did it.

It's definitely a thing, even with people who can't speak due to brain damage.

I've ran into this a few times, and I'm not sure how to get in besides getting lucky with a scroll of teleportation. Maybe Etheral Chains, but there's nothing for them to hook onto.

I've checked the walls everywhere in the vicinity, and I can't find a hidden door.

I'm not a hair stylist, but I'm not seeing any other communities that can help me out, and I'd rather not go back to reddit for it. If anyone knows of a better community, please let me know.

I'm a hairy guy, so I'm always warm, and my wife is always cold, so I started doing full body epilation this summer. Now that it's getting cold, I'd like to switch to trimming my hair short (5mm max).

I have several trimmers, but my hair grows pretty much grows flat against the skin, so the guide combs won't lift them up to trim them.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a trimmer with guide combs that would solve this issue before I go down the rabbit hole of designing my own.

Hello, all. This year we had about a month long drought and heat wave, and we have several old oaks on our property.

I want to get an arborist out to see if any need to be cut down, but I'm not sure how long I should wait for the trees to start showing signs that they're in trouble.

I bought a mAP lite to hook up to my POE security camera (that's DC powered) so I didn't have to run ethernet cable in my attic. I'm configuring the mAP lite with it plugged into my laptop, but I did try it directly connected to my router. I've searched and searched, and I think I've gotten close to how to set it up, but I still need help.

In the web portal I choose the CEP option, join the wifi network, switch to bridge mode, then apply the static IP settings and hit apply. Every time, it changes back to router mode and everything on my network joins the 192.168.88.0/24 network, even though my Mikrotik RB5009UPr+S+in (the POE home lab one) is already set up and running.

I am still using my old TP-link router as an AP until I get around to installing my cAP ax, so I know I need to use the psuedo station option for now.

Any help on getting this set up would be great.

We just watched the Futurama episodes where alien cats stopped the Earth's rotation, and they fixed it by making it rotate in the opposite direction.
