I don't know how to do specifically what you are asking, but an alternate solution may be to go into your settings, and uncheck the box for 'show bot accounts'. This will prevent those bot posts from showing up in your subscribed feed, and allow you to see non-bot posts in that community. Of course the downside is that you won't see posts from potentially useful bots, if you care about that.

FWIW, I can confirm I'm having this issue as well. The load balancing hypothesis seems sound given the behavior I'm seeing. Definitely making lemmy.world pretty much unusable at this point.
Omg thank you! I've been missing this so much!
You guys are absolutely amazing. So many thanks to you @Ruud and the entire admin/troubleshooting team! Thank you.
Again, thanks for all your hard work, and your transparency about the whole ordeal. Hopefully, the userbase in general is being patient and understanding given the situation.
Just want to say thank you. Your hard work is very much appreciated.
Well done! Know that your efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Thanks and good luck!
I just pull out my phone and look at re... er, lemmy
I like the choice for a single day of the week - seems a good happy medium.
I like downvotes. While I see your point about conformity, the other side of that is it allows for community moderation of low-value, offensive, or unwanted content. And without karma to farm, I don't think it has much impact on people being themselves. Besides, there are plenty of other instances out there where they don't allow downvotes if that's more your speed.
Milk, milk tea, and 2 different smoothies, but no milkshakes? Bah!
