Sharepoint doesn't give me a ton of issues but i really only use it as a glorified onedrive.

Fuck John Deere and their anti-self repair bs.

The individuals using these machines don’t have time to wait for some tech to find the time to get to BFE, Kansas.

I mean saying 500 is a little hyperbolic but this is exactly why federation exists and isn’t just another Reddit.

You find what you like and go there. It’s really no different than the old forums. Reddit centralized everything, lemmy is that but also the old way.

It upsets me that people can't understand this. Lemmy was getting hit like crazy. Even through all that, it was better than reddit. I adore lemmy and the .world admins. I seriously can't wait to see it grow.

Thought this was interesting. Really hope Amazon doesn’t give up on the buttons.

The first book in the acclaimed, New York Times best-selling trilogy, Wool is the story of mankind clawing for survival. The world outside has grown toxic, the view of it limited, talk of it forbidden. The remnants of humanity live underground in a single silo.

But there are always those who hope, who dream. These are the dangerous people, the residents who infect others with their optimism. Their punishment is simple. They are given the very thing they want: They are allowed to go outside.

After the previous sheriff leaves the silo in a terrifying ritual, Juliette, a mechanic from the down deep, is suddenly and inexplicably promoted to the head of law enforcement. With newfound power and with little regard for the customs she is supposed to abide, Juliette uncovers hints of a sinister conspiracy. Tugging this thread may uncover the truth . . . or it could kill every last human alive.

When I click to see context, it seems to not show my comment but that could be the other instances.

Yesterday, before a meeting, I pulled out my Kindle Scribe to take notes on. I have done this a few times most of the time with no issues. After opening the scribe, it wouldn't load my notebooks are any notes. Reboot. Take the notes, stops responding again. Another reboot.

I'm well aware 1st gen Scribe owners are the basically testing these waters with Amazon but its very annoying how often this happens to me. I've switched back to my Boox Note Air 2+ until amazon stabilizes it abit.

I love my Scribe so much but these bugs are detracting from my enjoyment.

Turns out the 2.99 for life doesn't quite keep the lights on anymore.

Maybe we just need to go back to paying for every major version. that way people can have what they want.

I think that it’s just good for others to know it probably isn’t tracking all that but few go past the headline.

I have no skin in this game. Hell I have an iPhone 14 pro.

Kindle navigation is still so slow (blog.the-ebook-reader.com)

I have a kindle scribe and boox Note air 2+

I switch between them but I agree with the writer, it’s so slow to move through a lot of the menus.
