Telegram has no end to end encryption as default. You can enable it with secure chat but that is making the chats unaviable in other devices.

I can really recommend signal, been using it as my only messaging app for years and it just is so more secure. Most people installed it too after I asked them to do it to keep contact

Understandable, I have not read much about the problems of Lemmy.ml so thanks for pointing that out. Do you have any sources? Would like to read more about that

Okay based on you guys and your feedback I will let this community continue! It seems like a good thing. It was of course not my intention to "steal" any community members or anything like that. Just to create something I missed here and have not found.

I don't see any problem in existing both communities and everyone can feel free to use whichever they want.

But nonetheless thanks for pointing out that another one exists!

I live in an City with 80k people. Have never made an driving license or needed a car for anything. (Okay I live in Europe, but it shows it is pretty possible)

What do we do with existing cars? in c/fuckcars

Yeah that's probably true, but we will need new stuff. More public transport like trains and so on. I would assume that we can recycle quite some stuff there.

Also a lot of other things need these resources and I am sure that at least a lot of the could be used to enhance the world further
