No, I was just noticing something and pointing it out. It's not about you, it's not about me. It's about the post. What was written. The content. The objective piece of evidence that is in front of everyone. It's not personal, it's not about any person. Nor should it be, don't you think?

You would be wrong I guess. If I wanted to I would definitely have done so.

Protip: If your binoculars can spot a bird, they can also spot someone who actually is doing something suspicious. I suppose you could call that two birds with one stone.

This fellow explained it pretty well:

Dammit, you're right. What's most important in life is what feels good. Feelings are the most important thing, not facts or evidence. Of course, how silly of me.

Right. Just like God.

I think the important thing is to remember how important it always is to fight for them, at any rate.

Dems acknowledge that they govern by the will and wishes of their people, most of whom are in favor of legal, vetted immigration. So, the abuse of the asylum process, which does happen, is a genuine problem that needs to be addressed.

Neither of the major parties, nor the bulk of the populace, think the borders should simply be completely open though. That's a repub talking point to smear dems, and is a lie.

Bureaucracy and process are good things. Everyone just doing whatever the fuck they want, whenever the fuck they want is not.

Why do so many people struggle with the difference between reality and fiction? It's mind-boggling how powerful syncretism has become.

The recent aid package to keep the Ukrainian wartime economy afloat was also fantastic. Yeah, Europe may lack the MIC of the US, but that's okay, because money can work too. Because you know who does have a really healthy, robust MIC? S Korea. You'll just need money in order to buy from them, their generosity has limits, while their willingness to do business does not.

They do happen to have one of the largest artillery forces on the planet though, and an incredibly robust domestic manufacturing base.

So, multiple ways to tackle the problem, and we'll probably want some of each.

You forgot "fuck democrats", which is also very common. Kinda telling that you specifically omitted it though.

It's less ridiculous when you realize the human brain is also a prediction engine. It can just operate in a wide variety of ways instead of just being limited to only talking, or only folding proteins, or only playing chess or whatever.

Right. Because rights are created by God, right?
