My computers at work are on win 11 and good god, almost every time I log in I have to reset all my Taskbar setting (left instead of goddam CENTER, minimize the search bar, unpin the bullshit, only combine when full) and the most egregious issue of all is win11 doesn't let you reposition the task bar anymore!

I remember seeing this same thumb ages ago and it was mentioned that while it was originally developed to help the disabled, it was also surprisingly useful to the normally abled as well. What I really want to know is when will I be able to get one for myself

The older monster hunters were more about being a village protector and the hunter guild actively worked to maintain a natural balance....I saw in a video recently that in the newer games though the developers actively shied away from environmental themes

Interesting, it hasn't been big enough an issue for me to get around to investigating yet but that might be the reason my my wifi speeds are lower than expected, stability hasn't been an issue though.

So far I've really only played the Alters. It seems like an interesting blend of base/resource/personnel managment with some exploration and base building, plus the story seems pretty neat so I'm probably gonna pick it up when it releases.

This is so weirdly relevant to me, I used to work as a courier and now I work on radar (which uses Fourier transform to display info)

If he's experimenting on humans, and depending on how much of their minds are retained from however he's transforming people; it could be that some of them recall bits of their previous religions and have bastardized them together with The Professor being the central antagonistic deity responsible for all their woes, and the gibbering horror as a living martyr for giving up of its sanity in order to banish the professor from the lab.

The lab could even be seen as a sort of corrupted garden of eden.

I think, also if I recall both games were genre defining

Typically valve only puts out games that showcase something new, so might be interesting
