Trying to activate an IWS CEView license, but they don't do email support nowadays

Accessed their support portal and used the chatbot (which admittedly is quite helpful otherwise) and turns out they closed the IWS topic support

Went to the License Activation section and it asked for my serial number or something, instead of the Site Code which I actually do have

Some back and forth afterwards the Indusoft distributor advised to email to [email protected], which quelle surprise is radio silent thus far

Have to admit that I've been lurking on Reddit much more (via Stealth, it scrapes from the old reddit api) and unfrotunately the lack of activity on here kinda made even lurking back on there a superior experience

I get that I should initiate discourse if I want that on here, but man it's really quiet on here either way

Well either way Doku was gash when he came on, he'll probably come good eventually but it was funny how he got absolutely zilch on either flank
