Trying to activate an IWS CEView license, but they don't do email support nowadays

Accessed their support portal and used the chatbot (which admittedly is quite helpful otherwise) and turns out they closed the IWS topic support

Went to the License Activation section and it asked for my serial number or something, instead of the Site Code which I actually do have

Some back and forth afterwards the Indusoft distributor advised to email to [email protected], which quelle surprise is radio silent thus far
