Well done! That is quite the accomplishment!
How did you find the experience?
And do you have planning to run another race?

I find my heels lifting when squatting so I was thinking about using squat wedges.
At the moment I use plates to support my heels but I would like something more stable.
But I am not sure what angle I should choose though.

Does anyone have experience with them? If so, which one do you use (what material/angle) and how do you like them?

PS: I'm working on my ankle flexibility by doing both dynamic and static stretches but any advice on that is welcome too!

For assistance work is it better to

  • run the same exercises each week for multiple cycles
  • run the same exercises for one cycle and switch it up the next one
  • choose new assistance work each week

Bonus question
Should you run the same push/pull/leg assistance exercises every workout or one set for each day?

I want to run the 531 beginner program from the wiki but it is a bit unclear about that. They just say to not overthink it but I would like to do it right.

I think they are those scoobie cords that used to be popular to make bracelets and keychains. But I'm also curious how they would be used to hold stitches!

I like using a three needle bind off instead of grafting. They way I don't have to cut the yarn and it keeps my tension more even.
