TL;DR Letting celebrities of any stature dictate your direction in life/morals is fucking weird.

I'm a T-Swizzle fan. Her song lyrics "Anti-Hero" legit spoke to me on a weirdly personal level.

I still think that the worship of her is bizarre. When she publicly endorsed Biden/Harris, it was cool in a "Oh hey, this person that I like is on the correct side of history" kinda way. But the people who suddenly registered to vote because of it? That gave me a really weird/gross feeling.

Pretty much anyone who makes large (possibly life altering) decisions based off what a celebrity does gives me SUCH weird vibes. Its, for lack of a better word, cult-adjacent. And that phenomenon is a small part of why I'm so staunchly pro-public education.

Its a little sweet, but I find it to be more savory than anything else. It's fucking good too.

Yeah, it's actually legit fucking insane. I've been deployed 3 times, and the amount of infidelity I witnessed from both spouses, every time, was...something to behold. The first time I went I naively thought people were blowing the rate out of proportion before I got there but it was like...so many people.

Like I get that military life is difficult, most people get married hella young so the partners can stay together, and then deployments happen. Deployments happen right after one spouse uproots their entire lives to move halfway across the world with no support system. It still sucks to see because once it all comes out, it tears families apart every time.

Every time I see this quoted somewhere, I immediately think of that fateful moment on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Season 7, Episode 16, when they're all at dinner in Hong Kong.

Lisa Rinna and Dorit Kemsley are feuding, and Rinna leans over the table and point blank just asks, "Were people doing coke in your bathroom?" 😂

Low key the dinner from weeks prior that Rinna is referencing WAS weird af (the whole table of women got up and just left her there alone to all go to the bathroom together), and chaotic, so I do think they were doing SOMETHING in the bathroom.

Bruh, you just made my fucking MONTH with the knowledge that this is on Steam! I never even thought to look for it there.

Holy nostalgia. I spent so many hours as a child trying to beat this game!

Just bought the complete pack for $2. Thank you for this!

That lady wishes she could be known for something like Leroy Jenkins.

Nah, she's one of those family youtubers with a bunch of children, and they came under fire recently because it was found out that they live in a one bedroom apartment and her and her fiance share the bedroom while her kids slept on mattresses in the kitchen.

That super sucks! I had to go in a second time right around the month mark to have one of the lenses corrected because it shifted slightly. In and out in ~10 mins. Do you think that could be a possible option for you?

Ah, the Resilient Jenkins approach.

I was just telling my husband that I would hate this because we rescue dogs and that would be one more surface to vacuum, but that this would be really cute in a no pet AirBnB for some quirky appeal.

That freezer water/meat scent comment made me second guess that though 🤮

I, as a child to very Conservative parents who was 11 when this song came out, loved this fucking song. This one, and the "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue" song by Tony Keith. I felt sooooooo patriotic belting out "We'll put a boot in yer ass, its the 'Murican way". And these songs were EVERYWHERE. There was also "Where were you when the world stopped turning?"

Thank God my husband woke me tf up.

Even barring my hella conservative upbringing, the amount of attempted indoctrination from media alone is astounding.

Capitalizing on a tragedy is unfortunately a human truth we're never going to fully beat, but it's the blatant "America makes no mistakes and you better say that or you suck" that is so...especially egregious.

ICL surgery was fucking fantastic for me. If your insurance covers it, I highly recommend! I had a bad astigmatism in my right eye, and now I see 20/20 in both eyes! Fucking game changer.
