I'm getting the same error message, attempting to upload on Linux with firefox. I originally tried a 3.7meg file, then 2.0meg and then 0.6meg and all gave same error. Edit: i am now able to upload.

It wouldn't be all I'd eat, but lamingtons for dessert would be nice.

Lamingtons: a cake cut into cubes and coated with chocolate sauce and then coated with coconut. May be sliced in half to be joined by a later of cream.

It's a photo I took while out on a walk. A hoverfly on a sunflower.

I try to post interesting shots to mastodon and c/pics and help grow Lemmy and the fediverse.

Yup. Definitely keep an eye out in case they try something. I remember a story about one on a balcony dropping pot plants off the side. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-11-30/cockatoo-video-dropping-pot-plants-melbourne/101710478

Thank you. They were by the side of the road and used to humans nearby. Ive seen them before chill around parks and fly off whenever they think we get too close.

I can't help directly, but the people at https://lemmy.world/c/techsupport mighr be able to.

She? was at a sporting field where many magpies regularly go and was just pecking around the grass and i managed to get about 2-3m away.

Im not sure this qualifies as a ultrawide wallpaper, but it should be close.

This was taken on a camera using its in camera photo stitch feature to create ultra wide shots. I cant remember if two or three shots were taken,

What are typical resolutions or aspects of ultrawide monitors so i can tailor future postings ? Thanks.

Two of Sydney's icons, the harbour bridge and opera house, seen from Mrs Macquarie's chair.

If you're considering upgrading to 4.6 and recursively importing is important to you, you might want to hold off.

I recently wanted to import a whole lot of files and saw it presented the files when recursively import was ticked, but when i clicked on Import files , the interface said X files imported instantly and no files were imported.

I know there's a formal bug reporting framework, and I'm not posting this to somehow get the issue fixed, it appears to have been recognised earlier and now fixed in the nightly builds. (I built 4.6, and since built todays/yesterdays).

The purpose of this post isn't a dig at the developers, but to warn anyone who might be considering an upgrade. If i knew it was an issue, i'd have deferred upgrading. (Some time was spent fault finding as i was accessing files for the first time from a NAS)

I understand that there is likely going to be a 4.6.1 released about a month or two after 4.6, so it should be soon.

There was a group of about 4 of them closer together and just eating seeds from the grass.

Im not sure which type it is.

I like the shape, how each part of the flower interlocks with its neighbour.

I think its a juvenile. There was around 6 hanging around a small nest of some sort and this one was on the branch for a few minutes preening.
