Just my humble opinion, but nothing I've done shifts weight like running. Don't just focus on one thing though. Maybe take up running, include some resistance/weight exercises each week too, and try to improve your diet. Make those changes and you should see a difference quickly.

Thanks for the link. Good to see this sub exists. Hopefully it starts growing as more people move away from Reddit.
