biking in snow is possible and common in some places, just need the infrastructure to clear out snow in a timely matter. In some places its quite common to use a bike, even in the winter

imo theres lots of games with cool mechanics, but the devs commitment to qol is something that sets factorio apart. Factorio without qol would feel like coding in notepad

Interesting, I’ve only really heard of breaking encryption with them. Is there already a proven algorithm for packing that could be reasonably done with a qc not too far into the future

A dev mentioned in the reddit fff thread that the sulfuric acid is turned into 500deg steam instead of directly into water, so that could probably be used with a turbine for power. Whether its worth it factoring in the materials used to turn acid to steam is a different story
