No spoilers, but you'll find that building your rocket on fulgora is much, much easier than on nauvis

Ah, I didn't appeal to the right wing voter base, what a shame.

You can tell I'm jaded because I had a nephrologist tell me that after a bout of long term IGA vasulitis, but ironically enough I needed physical therapy for being bedridden so long. Oh and scoliosis, but evidentally that was for me to figure out.

I had a number of doctors tell me my pain was psychosomatic before discovering I have scoliosis. Fuck gabapentin, would've ruined my life. Oh and SSRIs for pain fuck me.

Am currently stranded on Fulgora, I tried launching a rocket on fulgora to build my return ship but thats easier said than done while getting pelted by rocks. Ships are hard

Kinda lowballed and got an RX6600, honestly pretty chuffed how well it runs LLMs compared to my 2060. Still last gen, but admittedly I've only been playing factorio as of late, and Im not so graphics focused

I don't know how willing she'd be! She seems to like them

Fulgora is the place to be. Running some siphons to grab from your Nauvis production using bits you can get yourself some nice green solar panels for your spaceships. Then you start getting in the big leagues at Fulgora - quality modules on your recyclers and miners and you'll start getting plenty of blue base ingredients

I had an R5 1600x basically since it released, and I appreciate the socket lasted so long. I might as well go full AMD at this point, you've convinced me

555 drivers have given me a couple issues on my main PC, I've heard of some issues with newer cards but I figure its just a matter of time before better drivers. I haven't had to touch pci passthroughs yet and I was unsure if theres more a challenge on server hardware with Nvidia, but it sounds like I'll be happy to have CUDA

Hello yall, currently I have an RTX 2060, which I'll be passing down to slap a 1060 into my server, but I'd like to weigh some options first.

The 2060 has been pretty good with Linux thus far, I'm a little worried about going to the 30 series - so I'll be accepting affirmations - but I am curious what any of you think about AMD cards and which one to get. Also if there's any reason not to use a 1060 for jellyfin and such that would be very helpful

Edit: thanks yall! Settled on an RX6600, runs local LLMs like nothing compared to my ol 2060
