It's cute that you think operators of instances won't be pressured on content policies by other instances in the federation as the site grows. Do you think the operators of lemmy.world will stick their necks out to keep a community with drug sourcing when under pressure to be defederated by other instances? Maybe if this community existed on a more drug-centric instance, such as beyondcombustion, than it could stand to be more flagrant.
However, as someone with experience talking about drugs online for over a decade, the communities that last the longest have strict content policies around sourcing.
It's very common on internet forums, going back decades. SWIM said it's not a bad idea to follow procedures that help the sub keep a low profile.
I gave you a highly googleable word that leads to a website that has a list of "cult vendors" and you're complaining.
Unless you specifically are looking for type 3, maybe HCF and 8HH aren't for you.
Actually, it's to avoid breaking potential sourcing rules.
Try googling it
The bubbler stem and dosage capsules came from vgoodiez. You can load the bubbler with your mouth if you're worried about spilling.
Capsules make maintenance minimal, I just blow out the chamber, and swab it once In a while, and throw the hot ass capsule In a paper towel, rub it around to clean off outside resin, and let it cool before collecting the ABV.
I would agree that uneven extraction is part of the learning curve. I've noticed rings when I've packed it too tight for too low of a temperature, and try making up for it by ripping it more frequently and aggressively than I know I should be doing.
I've only had it a fews month, I still use the Mighty+ as well, because it's smooth and fun in its own way, but currently favoring the TM2 for its speed, size, and accessories. I can connect the TM2 to the same water pipe without a whip. I don't feel comfortable inverting the Mighty+, some people do.
TM2 obviously has less battery life. Using it primarily at home, I typically just plug it back in after every session or two. The Mighty+ I wait until it's pretty low to recharge.
The Mighty+, I'm considering making "stem milk", because dismantling the cooling unit and scrapping out the reclaim, and swabbing is extremely tedious. You'll end up acquiring more cooling units to procrastinate.
The TM2 has been easier for me to clean, but I have not tried the stock stem and cooling unit.
The Mighty+ feels okay in hand, like I am holding a gameboy. The TM2 feels great, it's natural wood and metal.
The only issue I had with the TM2 was a light blinking issue when I first received it, I was able to google for a solution. I had to turn the power all the way down,, then all the way up, then down to where I wanted it. Haven't had a problem since.
So I started with the POTV Xmax Pro v3, moved to the Mighty+, then picked up a Tinymight 2.
I moved off the xmax, because I wanted more flavor, less burn, more ease of use.
The Mighty+ is great, but after multiple sessions, my throat would start getting rough. I went down the path of getting a whip and water filtering through a bong, which is great, but mostly for desktop use.
That led me to the Tinymight with a bubbler stem, which has become my daily driver. On demand handheld heavy hits filtered through water. It produces vapor in about 7 seconds, vs the 20+ it takes starting a session with the mighty.
The TM2 is a great vape I think you will love as long as you read the manual. There is a tiny learning curve compared to the Mighty+, but it's worth it.
Things I've learned along the way:
- For me, starter vapes aren't worth the time or money. I should have skipped the xmax
- The Mighty+ has temperature control with a digital screen. I thought I'd want to tinker with temperature more often, but it's more set it and forget it that I thought. The Crafty+ may have been sufficient for me in retrospect, knowing that
- Dosage capsules rule
- I started out thinking I wanted sessions, but I'm finding I like on-demand more
Same with his fans.
