The only way to free it up is to pull up from the bottom as if I’m force closing the app but then not follow through. This has been going on for the past few days.

Of the three different apps I use to access Lemmy, this is the only one that does this- so it’s not my phone.

Yea, the same thing happens to me. I’m assuming it’ll be fixed at some point.

Edit: I’d also like to add that it mostly happens AFTER I open a post and swipe “back” out of it.

I also experience the same behavior when going back though it happens randomly. My assumption is that it’s because when you go back one page, it’s trying to “load” or “restore” that previous page which causes the pause.

It’s not random, it happens when you go back and try to swipe to quickly afterwards

If this happens, stop all interactions for one second and it will work again. This is a safari bug

That works for me. And luckily it doesn’t happen as often as every 10-15 seconds

I tap the screen and then I’m able to scroll again

Are you on Android?

Doesn’t really happen for me on iPhone… occasionally when I slide back to the feed from looking at a post that happens, but only for 1-2 seconds.

I’m able to replicate it on my iPhone Running wefwef 0.11.1 & iOS 16.5.1
