I moved into my own place a few years back and for the first while only had a giant den TV. 4K, 72", the works. and it’s brilliant, of course. but i was resistant to buy a TV for the bedroom, but eventually I did. 32", tiny, tinny little sound, and it’s so insanely cozy.

i didn’t even realize how much that would affect things. but my god, watching my favorite shows and films on such a small, intimate screen genuinely hits different. i don’t know what the point of this post is, other than ‘TV good’. and yes, TV good. especially if you buy the discs yourself and never have to see any ads.

I just wouldn't get out of bed so it's a no no for me!

This can badly affect your sleep, your bed should be associated with sleep (and potentially sex), doing other activities in bed also makes it a leisure space and that will influence how you body reacts to being in it.

What if I enjoy my time in bed to the point where I'll happily go as early as 7pm so I have more time to game or watch something? (I have no TV, just phone, laptop and a handheld console)

Well don't let tons of studies stop you, just saying that your quality of sleep would probably go up if you did all of that outside your bedroom and only used your bed for sleep.

There's something about smaller TVs for sure.
