Wow now this is a niche community.

Tinned seafood reminds me fondly of my stepdad who loved canned sardines and grilled mackerel. It's been his go to lunch for 20+ years.

goodness they sure were though! I think I liked them more than the mackerel. I might save the salmon for another day though. It's surprisingly filling and I'd hate to get full half-way through the can

tinned grilled mackerell was my goto lazy food for two years once. I can recommend spicing it up with tabasco hot sauce, which for some reason tastes a bit less hot combined with it.
