tinned grilled mackerell was my goto lazy food for two years once. I can recommend spicing it up with tabasco hot sauce, which for some reason tastes a bit less hot combined with it.
Holy crap that's such a good idea and I even HAD hot sauce at my desk! I can't believe I didn't think of doing this!
