IMO, foam just benefits those that heelstrike. Course, I'm a toe runner, so I'm in a totally different camp.

Is there not foam under the entire shoe? Is your heel not contacting the ground whatsoever during a given stride?

Personally the moment I saw that a foam was described as "boring" I new this was bullshit opinion and not science
