Jalapeño cilantro salsa, it turned out to be a great compliment to the pico. I used grape seed oil as my neutral oil and only a 1/4 cup. H‑E‑B paper plates ftw! It makes life without a dish washer a little more bearable 😅
I made that sauce myself with my homegrown jalapeños, I also added an avocado for creaminess, you are right it is very good!
What kind of fish do you use?
I went cheap with frozen tilapia, any white fish would work well though.
