It looked in what they showed F2P. Super sad, just another way of killing off the Maxis games. Hopefully Paralives will be coming out soon to save the genre

While I already expected a f2p sims game to be mtx hell, this seems like optimized mtx hell. And potentially a GDPR violation with the whole data-informed thing? Depending on what they mean by it

no but they have micro transactions to get to have a chance to unlock it in an RNG box

I wonder how much free user-generated content there will be?

As in the past modders (i.e. users) generated an incredible amount of content for free, but I suppose if they were allowed to distribute that it would destroy the monetisation of the free-to-play game.
