I'm not sure what they're worried about, it's not like any judgment against them would actually be enforced
He just keeps on pushing, and pushing, trying to push the boundaries. Very much like a toddler learning the difference between right and wrong.
Quite appropriate really as he's rarely been told 'no' in his life. This is what happens when someone has a no-limits life and never has to face reality.
I honestly think this is a legal strategy to try and appeal on a mistrial. They have him dead to rights with the evidence and basically their only hope is legal shenanigans. If they can push hard enough to get the judge to react with technical violating the gag order they are all set.
Could be. It's quite frustrating to watch play out in real time, especially with the likes of Judge Cannon shitting all over the proceeds.
