This one's name is Percy and he thinks youre a bit sus

Edit: just saw the other comments and understand now you weren't asking for NAME ID, but for taxonomical designations. Still think he's a Percy for sure.

Dense horizontal stripes
The beak and base coloration is tricky on this one, but the stripe patterns really give it away. That's why it's important to look at all the differences.
