The community description talks about gluten free foods and products and doesn't mention anything about health issues.
I would love to stay focused on gluten free. But hopefully others can share their thoughts. Should there be a separate community for our friends with celiacs to discuss the disease? And keep this one focused on food and products? I'm ok with trying to be inclusive as long as the food posts aren't overrun.
Yeah that's why I created this space as my wife has celiac disease and we maintain a home free of gluten and cross contamination. I'll edit the side bar so that is more clear for others.
I'm just another follower and not the mod, but I personally am happy to read about that on here as well as gluten free food.
Gluten free and celiac disease go hand in hand. Sure there are other non celiac gluten sensitivites but its fitting enough for this community.
