Not to piss on anyone's bonfire (I 100% support Ukraine and have donated to the army many times), but this looks doctored.
Look at the second line; it's not only a different size than the first line, it's askew. Second paragraph, the indents on the left side are not even. Third paragraph, the lines are askew (you can see a bit of grey sneaking in between the fourth / fith lines on the right side)
