Sounded more like during season 5 but we've had the promise of features coming during a season before only for it to be delayed so not getting too excited

Sounds like FFKOTH is coming in a mid S5 update, or that’s the plan at least. Like you said, we will see what actually happens.
That's what I'm thinking. FFKOTH and Forge AI for this season to hold us over, then a more robust Firefight update in Season 6. Glad to have it coming either way
I've been playing every season, but we're on the cusp of some great content here! Some friends of mine aren't enjoying the MP as much because of how sweaty every match is, so firefight and custom forge maps with AI will hopefully add so much for them.
With how big the past season was and how much more is coming in Season 5, I think it will help bump the player base up. Usually at the start of a season (especially one this hype) there tends to be a much better balance of players since everyone is on!
Forge AI is going to be absolutely insane. Custom mini campaigns and PVE is going to give so much to this game. Especially since customs can net some XP now! Halo Infinite is having a major glow up and I LOVE IT

Considering the viewership HCS gets, there's clearly a solid baseline for the player-base so it'll be nice to watch it grow with all the new content!
