Hi there. There's a group on reddit that hasn't made it very clear about moving to Lemmy. I wanted to start a new community for r/ErgoMechKeyboards, and wanted to share here. I posted my own keyboard for the first time on this community. Cheers!

This link will take visitors to the community through their instance [email protected] as long as someone has already subbed from it

There is also [email protected] already, but it isn't seeing much traffic yet

This is a random question, but how do you format the link to a community so that it opens on someone's own instance?

Use a relative link (no domain at the front) like

There's already a community over at [email protected] . It's run by one of the admins from the subreddit. Not sure if there are any plans to move since Beehaw defederated from LemmyWorld, but it's fairly active over there right now - come join us!

Seems like the community over at lemmy.world was deleted? At least it returns a 404 for me now :/
